Sit at the Journal desk. Each entry can keep its date and still take weather. Order by mood if the book reads better that way, or leave the days in sequence. Then package print-ready files for Kindle Direct Publishing.
Day One and similar apps print a journal in chronological order and fulfill the book for you. Folio does not print or ship. It is a desk: you arrange the entries, take the PDFs, and upload them at KDP yourself.
