Refunds
Effective 10 September 2026. Write hello@thefoliodesk.com and say what you paid for. Cards go through Stripe; the refund follows the same path.
Interior
The interior PDF is free. There is nothing to refund.
Jacket ($24)
If you paid and have not taken the wrap or the zip, say so and the $24 comes back. Once those files are downloaded, they are yours. Digital goods do not return to the desk.
Kindle ($24)
Same rule as the jacket. Paid, files not taken: refund. EPUB or cover JPG downloaded: the sale stands.
An hour ($50)
Cancel at least a day before the sitting and the $50 comes back. After that, the hour is held. If Orion has to cancel, you get the hour back or another time, your choice.
KDP itself
A wrap that fails Amazon’s preview because the trim or page count was not matched in KDP is not a Folio defect. Match the paste card. If a file is actually broken — will not open, wrong book — write and we will make another.
